Doula
2 prenatal appointments (usually at your home)
support by text/email/phone in the weeks (or months) leading up to your birth
I will meet you at your home or at the hospital when you go into labor and provide continuous emotional and physical support throughout the whole labor
I will take pictures to document your birth, but my main purpose is to be your doula
1-3 hours of immediate post partum support to make sure everyone is doing well and breastfeeding is well established
1-2 post partum appointments where we will "debrief" at the hospital or at your home (discuss breastfeeding, all things "baby", and what to expect post partum)
